I started out the morning with an upper body workout. Ben was still running when I finished, so I chased it down with a few assisted pull-ups, some torso rotations, and some ab work. Then this evening, we went to the rec center and I decided it was time to try out cycling again. So we went to the cardio spin/weights class, and I did 10 miles in 30 minutes, plus ANOTHER upper body workout! I finished off the night with a 60 minute water-run. |
