This morning was a lower body workout. I'm getting bored with my routine. So starting on Wednesday, I've decided to try out some P90X a couple of times a week, and see how my back does. This evening I went to spin for 23 minutes, and did 6 miles. I don't know if it's because of the weight training or because of the water-running, but I can move my legs SO much faster than before! I used to HATE sprints, but now I can KILL them! :D After my short spin class, I went to the weight room and did more assisted pull-ups, some hip adduction/abduction, and some torso rotations. Just mixin' it up a little. :D |
