Today started with a 20 minute HIIT on the recumbant bike. I was feeling pretty good, so I tried to out-do what I did on Tuesday, but I ended up doing the exact same amount of miles! Ha! Tonight I went to ZUMBA for the first time in months, and it was FUN! But not anywhere near as hard as it was the last time I went. I love that I'm getting stronger. After zumba I went to yoga class, and it was easy, too. :D |
