What is up with my weight being...up? I've been so good for a month! But I'm definately putting on some muscle. I took pics at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month, and I can totally tell a difference! I'm excited to finish my 18 week challenge, to see what kind of muscles I've got hiding beneath all the fluff. :D I guess I had a good workout yesterday, because I'm pretty tired today. I did my 20 minute HIIT on the recumbant bike this morning, and my legs were shaking like leaves when I was finished! So I took it easy the rest of the day, and just did an hour of yoga this evening. I am SO ready for sleepy-time! |
